When you use thirst.so, we collect information you provide directly — including your email address, payment details (processed securely by Stripe), and any photos or scripts you upload to generate content.

We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, and technical information like your IP address and browser type. This helps us improve the product.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the thirst.so service
• Process payments and manage your account
• Send transactional emails (receipts, generation confirmations)
• Respond to support requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your uploaded photos or generated videos for training AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Generated videos are temporarily stored to allow you to download them and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Uploaded source photos are deleted immediately after processing unless you save them to your creator library.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate thirst.so:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — authentication and database
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We use cookies to maintain your session and remember preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
