1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thirst.so, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including agencies, creators, and their representatives.

2. The Service

thirst.so is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create talking-head and dancing Reels for Instagram and TikTok from uploaded photos. The service is intended for content creators, OnlyFans agencies, and social media managers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring you have the rights to upload any photos used to generate content
• Compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% commercial ownership of all videos you generate using thirst.so. You are free to publish, sell, and monetize generated content on any platform, including OnlyFans, Fanvue, Instagram, and TikTok.

By uploading photos and scripts, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use this material and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

thirst.so does not claim any ownership over your generated content. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use thirst.so to:

• Generate content depicting minors in any sexual context
• Create non-consensual deepfakes of real individuals without their permission
• Produce content designed to harass, defame, or harm individuals
• Circumvent or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Resell API access without a formal partnership agreement

NSFW and adult content for consenting adults on age-verified platforms is permitted. All generated content must comply with applicable laws.

6. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased and consumed per video generation. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except as outlined in our 7-day refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to hello@thirst.so.

Payments are processed by Stripe. thirst.so does not store payment card details.

7. Platform Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of thirst.so-generated content complies with the terms of service of the platforms you post to (Instagram, TikTok, OnlyFans, Fanvue, etc.). thirst.so makes no guarantees about platform acceptance of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

thirst.so is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or that generated videos will perform as expected on any platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thirst.so shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@thirst.so. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of thirst.so after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
